At M.O.P Automotive Consultants & Logistics, we strive to provide high-quality auto parts to our customers. If you receive a defective item or if the product is not as described, we are committed to resolving the issue through a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

If you receive an item that is defective or does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a refund once the item is returned and the defect or issue is verified.

• Please contact us immediately at mopautomotive@gmai.com or 3055930355 to report the issue.
• Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the defect or issue, we will issue a full refund for the product.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Return Period: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, unmounted, unpainted, and unaltered. Items that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper handling will not be eligible for a return or refund.
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, instructions, and materials provided with the product.

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at mopautomotive@gmai.com or 3055930355 to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the Item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.
3. Ship the Item Back: Once approved, ship the item back to us at the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

• Items that have been mounted, painted, or altered in any way.
• Sale or clearance items that are marked as non-refundable.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [X] business days.
