 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a refund once the item is returned and the defect or issue is verified.

  • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the defect or issue, we will issue a full refund for the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, unmounted, unpainted, and unaltered. Items that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper handling will not be eligible for a return or refund.
